the apartment with a view to retiring in
Tenerife; to wake up every morning in

Dave still works part-time in the UK and
his friends Rob & Val, who live on Terrazas de la Paz, look after the apartment. Dave comes to Tenerife 3 or 4 times a year to enjoy his holiday home. As a builder Dave has, and is, making improvements to the apartment which is in excellent condition.
